About the Project
The privately funded I-10 Cherry Valley Blvd. Improvement Project will expand the on and off ramps to the freeway, install brand new traffic signals, create turn lanes to ease street congestion, allow for more vehicles to travel the road without additional traffic delays and improve overall traffic safety.

Improve traffic flow and increase traffic safety
The stop signs at the end of both ramps of the Cherry Valley Blvd. and I-10 Freeway intersection will be removed and replaced with traffic signals designed to enhance traffic flow. Additionally, the on and off ramp lanes will be widened to improve vehicle safety and ease traffic congestion.

Reduced Traffic Wait Times

Fewer Traffic Delays

Widened onramp and offramps to accommodate safer freeway exits and entrances with left and right turn lanes onto Cherry Valley Blvd.
Both Eastbound and Westbound offramps will be widened to provide left and right turn lanes onto Cherry Valley Blvd. The Eastbound offramp will be expanded an approximate of 20-feet and Westbound offramp will be expanded an approximate of 12-feet.

Improved Safety
The widening of the East and West bound on- and offramps will provide safer exiting from and entering to the freeway.

Better Traffic Flow
Improvements will also include dedicated turn lanes with traffic lights, helping ease the flow of traffic.

Improved Access
Dedicated left-turn lanes will be constructed on Cherry Valley Blvd to accommodate access to the 1-10 Freeway.
